The The GP Lifestyle - Wellbeing in General Practice course enables you to reflect on various aspects of your well-being, in a holistic, non-judgemental way and promote ideas for a more balanced and healthy lifestyle. It includes advice on stress management, alcohol, nutrition, exercise and substance misuse.

Revalidation was introduced in April 2013 and requires all GPs to provide evidence of reflection regarding their own health and well-being and the impact on their practice.
