Public Health England has published a collection of guides on reasonable adjustments for people with a learning disability.

This guidance advocates a personalised approach to providing substance misuse services to people with LD, tailoring interventions to meet individual needs, including communication needs. It suggests that people with LD may benefit more from a 1:1 approach rather than group work.
