Audit templates
Use these RTI audit templates to assess your management of infection against current prescribing guidelines developed by National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) / Public Health England (PHE, now UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA)). The audits are designed to measure compliance against this guidance. For ease of use, each audit is available in both MS Word and MS Excel format; the excel version will automatically calculate your percentage compliance against guidelines.
