This session delves deeper into the interconnected nature of cardiorenal metabolic (CRM) medicine and its management in primary care with a focus on heart failure and chronic kidney disease (CKD). It describes how to identify and manage patients with heart failure, and introduces information around the use of SGLT2 inhibitors (SGLT2i) in these patients. This module complements the RCGP Podcast on CRM: heart failure and CKD.
