Doctor examining patient

This course highlights the importance of the early detection of lymphoma in primary care and uses real-life examples of classical and non-classical presentations to highlight the spectrum of this group of blood cancers. This course discusses the classification, pathophysiology and aetiology of Hodgkin and Non Hodgkin Lymphoma and provides the latest epidemiology and survivorship figures illustrating the current landscape in the UK. Patients can be referred and diagnosed via a number of pathways due to its multiple presentations. Monitoring, management and surveillance of recurrence in the context of primary care are also explored.

This course has been developed in partnership with the Lymphoma Action, a national charity providing high quality, accredited information, advice and support to people affected by lymphoma and the healthcare professional that work with them.
