This half-hour course aims to educate GPs about anti-phospholipid syndrome, an autoimmune condition which carries an increased risk of thrombotic conditions and obstetric complications. Whilst it is usually diagnosed in secondary care, GPs need to be aware of APS in order to make appropriate referrals in those who meet the clinical diagnostic criteria.
