Creating an inclusive primary care environment

This module looks at the initial steps to be taken to create a more inclusive primary care environment for LGBT patients. Small interventions in the practice and the consultation can have a positive impact upon LGBT patient satisfaction and outcomes.

An educational grant was received from the Government Equalities Office for the production of the course. Editorial and content decisions were made solely by the RCGP.
