Migraine

This course will update primary care clinicians on the nature of migraine, the differential diagnoses and how to approach a patient with headache. It will then discuss treatment options both for acute migraine and for prophylaxis. A linked microsite will consider trickier case studies. Associated podcasts will discuss new treatments and the interaction between hormones and migraine in women. This course falls under the neurology section of the RCGP curriculum.
