Sexual and reproductive needs of the LGBT community

This half-hour course will discuss the sexual health needs of the LGBT population. It will use a case study approach to discuss the particular needs of this group of patients. Wider issues will also be covered, such as how to help LGBT women who wish to conceive and the use of pre and post exposure prophylaxis to prevent HIV.

An educational grant was received from the Government Equalities Office for the production of the course. Editorial and content decisions were made solely by the RCGP.
