Autoimmunity Education & Allergy Education App

This eLearning app provides education for doctors about various aspects of allergy. Using cases to illustrate important points, this app can be accessed on the go and in small sections of time, to fit with your busy schedule. Topics covered include oral allergy syndrome, when to provide an adrenaline auto-injector, the one-airway theory of asthma and allergic rhinitis and the management of cows’ milk protein allergy.

This app on autoimmunity has three educational components, presented in a variety of ways. There is a 15-minute podcast where the diagnosis and management of coeliac disease is discussed from a primary care perspective, four case studies looking at a variety of autoimmune diseases and their path to presentation, and a 30-minute e-learning course exploring coeliac disease in a little more depth.
