The aim of this course is to consider how GPs can deliver high quality healthcare to patients in a safe working environment when resources are stretched, and clinicians are working longer hours with greater intensity. We will consider the safe delivery of care, the environment in which we are working, how to undertake a dynamic risk assessment when working alone, improving our own wellbeing and how to support all of this by the development of a positive team culture, in which we can all play a part. |
